A Promise Made is a Promise Kept
When working on a challenging multifaceted project with no margin for error, choose a proven partner with core expertise in every production area.

One Bindagraphics printing customer recently had a pharmaceutical client needing 15,000 8-inch wide slipcases created on a rush schedule. The clock was ticking before the project officially began because the end client immediately wanted a fully decorated final proof. Bindagraphics’ QIP division quickly engineered and constructed a fully decorated proof on its CAD table. Once the final approval was locked in place, we gloss laminated and die cut the supplied printed sheets and die cut 100 pt. solid black chipboard. From there, our team oversaw the gluing, wrapping and formation of the slipcases which featured an “H” box construction for added strength. The slip cases were designed to hold a three volume set of reference materials, so we die cut two three-inch thumb notches on the face of the completed slipcases to ensure easy removal of the contents. The slipcases were completed ahead of schedule to allow ample time for fulfillment and final delivery to the end-customer, who was ecstatic about the final piece. .

By leveraging our equipment capacity and our team of internal design and manufacturing experts, we successfully managed this rush project. Throughout the job, our team members coordinated and cross checked every fast paced production detail. Together, we attacked the job from an end-user’s perspective and suggested improvements like the thumb notches. At Bindagraphics, we combine equipment firepower with unmatched people power to help your business achieve brilliant results.
